MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER: SIMON MEDERO
Simon has his TDLR Residential Appliance Installers License (license #463541), CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and CPI (Certified Pool Inspector). He is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
Simon was personally trained by Stacy Holliday 2017-2020. He is a seasoned professional with experience as Service Manager for a large pool company in the Dallas area. He has an in-depth understanding of Pool Equipment and Swimming Pool Anatomy as well as experience in repairs and maintenance. He has excellent Customer Service relations, and you’ll find that when you have an issue with your pool he will address it quickly and keep you informed every step of the way. Simon will follow up and periodically check up on pools, to make sure our pool service technicians are providing the premium pool service you expect from us.
Ways you can easily communicate with Simon: 1. You can send an email to Service@hollidaypools.com. Someone will respond as soon as they receive and read your email. Emails are checked daily, including after hours and holidays for emergencies. 2. Call our office at 903-564-4402. We will make sure your message gets to Simon so he can address your concern as soon as possible.
