We had a great experience with Holliday Pools in Whitesboro, Texas.
Covid hit in 2020, so travelling for our 35th anniversary was out. My wife Marianne, really wanted a pool and tracked down the last 18' Pool that she liked at Holliday Pools. She spoke to Stacy Holliday and he went over what made the pools you sold a better design and experience than ANY other place in Texas!
We asked them to hold it for us and we drove out to see it. Stacy walked us through the design that he engineered including liner barrier, foam base, foam berms, drains, upgraded Pentair pump, and Pentair DE Filter all designed to make taking care of the pool much easier. We purchased the pool, loaded it it, and drove home. Stacy gave us his personal cell phone number and said to call him if we had any question.
During the entire process Stacy patiently answered our questions and gave heads-up to little details that saved us time. During the freeze last year, the pool designs of drains saved our pool from damage. The skimmer froze solid, but the drains kept water circulating preventing it from freezing. I had to chop through 2-3 inches of ice on top a few times each day and pile it up alongside of pool until temps came back up and then I shoveled it back into the pool.
Our friends are surprised how clean our pool stays with very minimal maintenance compared to our old above ground pool.
